By using this process, you are indicating your acceptance to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. MADE EASY may revise these Terms and Conditions at any time by updating this post. You should visit this page periodically to review the Terms and Conditions, because they are obligatory for you. MADE EASY provides an online payment process to support students on its website and takes due care to ensure that it operates correctly.

MADE EASY’s online payment process is linked to the payment gateway of AXIS BANK, a reputed Private Bank in India. User information entered during the process is kept secure and confidential and will not be divulged to third parties. All payment is to be done in INDIAN CURRENCY only.

MADE EASY will not be held responsible for any damages the user suffers as a result of using the payment process. The User agrees that he/she shall defend, indemnify, save and hold MADE EASY harmless from any demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims that may arise or result from any technical failure or incorrect use of the online payment process.

By filling up the online admission form you will be supplying us with the required Personal Information.

5.3The General Information is not Personal Information. MADE EASY’s tracking system does not record personal information about individuals or link this information to any Personal Information collected from you.

5.4The General Information is used by MADE EASY for statistical analysis, for tracking overall traffic patterns on the website and to gauge the public interest in MADE EASY and the website. Such General Information may be shared by MADE EASY with any person, at MADE EASY’s sole discretion.

5.5Any communication or material that you transmit to, or post on, any public area of the website, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like, is and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary information.

6.Within MADE EASY, access to Personal Information collected by MADE EASY will be given only to those persons who are authorized by MADE EASY and third parties hired by MADE EASY to perform administrative services. MADE EASY will provide access to third parties for internal entry and management of Personal Information in MADE EASY’s Database, processing your admissions or fee preparing address labels, sending Emails, which require such third parties to have access to your Personal Information. MADE EASY cannot guarantee that such parties will keep your Personal Information confidential and MADE EASY will not be liable in any manner for any loss of confidentiality attributable to such third parties.

7.We respect students’ privacy and the privacy of those accessing our website. We undertake to protect the confidentiality of our students and users including all personal information supplied in the course of taking admission. We undertake not to offer your personal information to third parties for commercial or marketing purposes.

8.Once a candidate enrolls in any package of MADE EASY GATE/ESE Online Test Series, the candidate will be counted as a student of MADE EASY. MADE EASY reserves all rights to display the name, photo, rank and result of the candidate for marketing and promotional purposes.

9.The name and photograph of the student may be published in the list of successful students of MADE EASY in current or successive years for its promotion and publicity.

Test Papers & Test Pattern:

We have made all efforts to provide the best test platform as per the requirements of the examinations, if there is any change in the syllabus or exam pattern during the course of program, the institute will make all efforts to implement those changes. However it is not mandatory binding upon the institute and in this case the decision of the MADE EASY management will remain final and abiding.


Test Activation Period:

Online Test Series will be conducted as per the time table defined by the institute; test window will be closed after the given dates and tests will not be available on the test series platform.


Switching Courses:

Switching from ESE to GATE Test Series and vice versa is not permitted.

Payment Failures:

For any failures in online payment and in case the amount gets deducted from your saving/current account and not credited in MADE EASY’s account, before the transaction is complete. MADE EASY is not responsible for any refunds. In this case, students should first contact the Bank and then to MADE EASY to clarify the same.

Delivery Policy - Receipts of online payments:

E- Receipt will be sent by MADE EASY with the confirmation of admission.  

Fees and payment:

It is the enrollee’s sole responsibility to ensure that he/she pays the enrollment fee. The payment of any amounts intended to be made in respect of Fee by or on behalf of the enrollee does not indicate the acceptance of enrollee’s candidature for appearing in the examination. When the enrollee successfully completes the online payment transaction using credit/debit card option, funds will be deducted from the credit/debit card as per submitted by him/her and the payment will be credited to MADE EASY Education Pvt Ltd. Any payment received through this website will be treated as having been made by the enrollee even though the same may have been made by some other person/ party and hence MADE EASY Education Pvt Ltd shall not entertain any correspondence from any person other than the enrollee or his/her parent/guardian.

Confirmation:

If the enrollee’s online payment is successful, MADE EASY Education Pvt Ltd will confirm the same by giving a valid transaction ID. In case of unsuccessful online payment, MADE EASY Education Pvt Ltd will advise the enrollee accordingly. The enrollee should then contact the credit/debit card provider for details. 

Failure to pay the fees:

In case the enrollee registers successfully, but the online payment is not successful, his/her enrollment will stand cancelled without any further notification. 

Security:

Credit/debit card payments are secure: For keeping your credit/debit card details securely, payments will be processed directly by AXIS BANK using Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology. Credit/debit card numbers are protected with a high level of encryption when transmitted over the Internet. The site is secure using 128 bit encryption to offer secure communications by encrypting all data to and from the site of AXIS BANK. MADE EASY Education Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any failure on the part of the enrollee or third party making payment of Fee, to properly protect data from being seen on their screen by other persons or otherwise obtained by such other persons.

Refund & Cancellation:

The fee for Online Test Series is non refundable & admission will not be cancelled. 

Data Protection:

MADE EASY Education Pvt. Ltd. will be entitled to use the information given during the Online Payment process for the purpose of registration of the enrollee as also as for statistical purposes. 


Connectivity Issues:

We had deployed the best and tested servers to provide high speed and uninterrupted services, kindly check your system or internet configuration for speed/connectivity related issues.

Note: Terms and Conditions for online credit card/debit card payments are subject to change at any time. Each transaction shall be subjected to the specific Terms and Conditions that were in force at the time of the transaction by the government.
